From browsing to your order.
How to browse products, use your cart, review payment options and track orders on Market is Online.
1. Find your product
Open the marketplace and browse categories or search for a product. Check the product description, available stock, price and seller before adding it to your cart.
2. Review your cart
Open Cart to review products, change quantities or remove an item. Check the delivery details, shipping charge and final total shown at checkout.
3. Choose an available payment option
Checkout presents the payment methods available for your account and order. MIO Cash Wallet payments use the displayed conversion. Cash on Delivery may require a refundable hold or sponsor approval. Shopping Points and maintenance checkouts follow their own displayed payment rules.
4. Follow your order
Signed-in members can open My Orders to review order details and delivery status. Keep any guest order code and private tracking details provided at checkout. Payment and delivery confirmation determine when eligible rewards are processed.
Points, cashback and maintenance
These are separate programmes. A product’s displayed PPV, your selected shopping mode and current account eligibility determine which rules apply. Review the checkout explanation rather than treating every purchase as the same reward type.
